This Blonde sour beer has been fermented with a funky blend of wild yeast and bacteria. We let it hang out in French Oak barrels for at least 18 months, then Wonkify it with Snozzberries. The result is a clean sourness drowned in a cascade of complex fruitiness. We're not sure how it gets so good, but you should never, never doubt what nobody is sure about. We are releasing a FINAL batch for our 25th Anniversary. Once it's gone, it's gone for good!
